Student Information Policy [Policy 515]

By law, specified student data is classified as Directory Information, meaning that if requested in writing the school district must provide the following:

-Name, address, phone number

-Participating in officially recognized activities

-Date and place of birth

-Height/weight of athletic team members

-Date of attendance

-Most recent previous educational agency or institution

-Awards received

Parents or guardians who do not want the above made available must contact their child’s school office
