Good Morning!!  It’s Thursday, May 25th

  • Culture Club will have its last meeting on Tuesday 5/30.  Sorry for the rescheduling!  See you then.

  • Softball is headed to Big Lake for their last game of the season starting at 4:00. Players should be dismissed at 2:50 pm to change and catch the shuttle with baseball from the bus parking lot over to West to meet the team. They will get off the bus and on another bus. The team will leave from West at 3:20.

  • Baseball hosts Big Lake in their last game of the season starting at 4:00. Players will ride the shuttle as usual.

  • Any 6th, 7th, and 8th graders interested in learning more about debate should join Google Classroom with the code 65u2hzy to learn more about what debate is and to stay updated on the upcoming fall season.

  • As we are nearing the end of the school year, PLEASE remember to bring your chromebooks to school, all charged and ready to go.  Helpful reminders would be to put a note on your backpack or charge your chromebook near your phone.

  • Conservation crew will be having our final meeting of the year this Friday.  We will be digging and planting our prairie plants.  Please plan to stay after school this Friday, May 26th to do our garden planting.  See you after school this Friday!

  • Attention water lovers! Interested in learning to dive or improving your skills on the diving board?  There is an awesome opportunity to sign up for a summer dive camp! If you are at all interested, please pick up a flyer in the office or talk to Coach Scoblic in the office. 

  • We want to remind everyone about the importance of following reasonable requests from teachers and staff. Reasonable requests are made for your safety, and the safety of others, and to help maintain a positive learning environment. 

    • Here are a few examples of reasonable requests:

    • Keeping our hands and feet to ourselves

    • Using kind words and actions

    • Staying in designated areas during lunch and recess

    • Wearing appropriate clothing and following dress code guidelines

    • Keeping the classroom and school grounds clean and tidy

    • When you follow these requests, you are showing respect for your school, your teachers, and your peers. It also helps to create a positive and safe environment for everyone.

  • For all 8th grade boys and 7th and 8th grade girls interested in fall Cross Country here are some summer running times, locations, and days. Boys will meet at the Rec Center in Saint Michael on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 AM. While the girls will meet at the Middle School West track Monday at 8:30 AM, Wednesday at 8:30 AM, and Friday at 7 AM.   • We are out back for recess today.

  • The main entree is Swedish meatballs with whipped potatoes and a dinner roll.

  • The pizza options are pepperoni, cheese, or buffalo chicken.

  • The sides are steamed carrots, assorted veggies, assorted fruit, and milk.
