  • Tennis is at home vs Buffalo today starting at 4:15.

  • The Knights baseball A team had a tough go of it versus Cambridge losing 4-2. Ethan J. struck out 2 hitters on the mound and always has his head in the game showing great baseball IQ.

  • The baseball B team took on Cambridge last night. Dylan K. stole 2nd, 3rd and home in the first run of the game. The Knights quickly racked up 6 more to clench the W against Cambridge. Will H. threw heat with a strikeout to end the 1st inning. Peyton P. with an incredible toss to 1st baseman Caden B. for another out.  Landon P. and Joe W. were MVPs playing both games against Cambridge. Brodi R. reached base while Peyton B. and Michael D. scored runs. Barrett stepped up and helped the team as 1st base coach.

  • The combined East/West 7th and 8th grade A softball team defeated Monticello 10-0 Thursday. Kendra B. dominated the game  by pitching an 11 strikeout, no hitter. In fact Kendra threw out the only batter not to strike out. She also scored our first run after leading off with a ground rule triple.  Lacey B. collected two RBI on a bunt single. Although the rest of the team did not get any opportunities to shine on defense, they contributed with good hitting and aggressive baserunning on offense.  Our next home game is Thursday against Princeton.

  • 7th/8th Softball Team B lost 5-10 last night against Monticello but it wasn’t for lack of effort. Kayla W. crushed the communication on the field by letting girls know where the next play should be. Reagan C. did a great job of making contact with the ball at bat and battling her way to 1st. Overall, great job Knights!

  • The STMA East golf team hosted the Big Lake Hornets on a cool breezy Monday night.  Big Lake was unable to field a boys team but did have enough girls to take on the Knights.  The girls were victorious with a team score of 161-221.  Grace K. was the overall medalist with an impressive seven over par 36.  She was followed by Kate A. with a 39 and Faith J. with a 42.  In the boys' event, top scorers were Gavin B. and Brenden H. who both carded a nice round of 8 over par 37.  Also scoring well for the Knights was Ian W. with a 42.
