Activities

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week.  Your mental health tip of the day:  try shifting your mind and mood.  If you are feeling worried, sad, angry, or just having a bad day you can try to focus on something other than what is bothering you. Do something that makes you happy! Take a break to read, talk to a friend, go for a walk or run, listen to a podcast or music, play a favorite sport, or try something new! This might be just enough for you to start feeling a little better!  Remember to wear GREEN TOMORROW, Thursday!
