Creating a Document

  • In Google Drive, click on the new tab and choose 'Google Docs' or hover over the arrow and select a blank document or from a template.  A new document will open.  Here you can name your untitled document before you get started.   After you have named the document at the top near the title a star and folder appear to help you organize your work.  Google Docs automatically saves your work, so click the docs button to exit.
