Open Enrollment Transportation Information

All families with kindergarten students living within District 728 school district eligible for open enrollment transportation will attend the Albertville Primary and will ride a bus to Fieldstone Elementary or Big Woods Elementary. When they arrive at either Big Woods Elementary or Fieldstone Elementary they will transfer to a bus that takes them to the Albertville Primary. Kindergarten bus stops will be the same as the stops for students attending Big Woods Elementary or Fieldstone Elementary. Please see the Big Woods Elementary and Fieldstone Elementary maps above to view the bus stop locations. Keep in mind they are subject to change as the district confirms ridership.

Families living north of I-94 and west of County Road 19 and including the area west of Maciver Avenue NE between 70th Street NE and 80th Street NE attend Fieldstone Elementary with the exception of Alternate School Attendance. 

Families living north of I-94 and east of County Road 19 and excluding the area west of Maciver Avenue NE between 70th Street NE and 80th Street NE attend Big Woods Elementary with the exception of Alternate School Attendance.

All families with children in grades 5-8 living in the District 728 school district eligible for open enrollment transportation attend Middle School West with the exception of Alternate School Attendance and the Tributaries development.

All families with children in grades 9-12 living in the District 728 school district eligible for open enrollment transportation will use the same bus stops as Middle School West.

All families with children attending the St. Michael Catholic School grades K-8 living in the District 728 school district eligible for open enrollment transportation will use the same bus stops as Big Woods Elementary and Fieldstone Elementary. See the above maps for bus stop locations for Big Woods Elementary and Fieldstone Elementary.
