  • Knights Academy has a newly formed student council focusing on service projects to help out our local community.  At first student council planned on making tie blankets for homeless veterans and their families.  But, when they were told by the organization they chose to work with that getting groceries was a struggle for the vets this year, they switched gears and planned a coin drive. Since December, Knights Academy students have raised over $200.  They are going to convert the money into grocery store gift cards and deliver them to the organization.

The organization we chose to help is linked here: https://www.mac-v.org/
