MSE Sports Information
Registration for MSE Fall sports will take place in late July. An email with registration information will be sent to 7th and 8th grade parents/guardians at Middle School East and St. Michael Catholic School at that time.
To register for sports, your child must have an active physical on file with the activities office. Sports physicals are good for three years. To submit documentation of your child's physical, email a PDF or picture of the form to Activities Director David Holler (firstname.lastname@example.org) or you may request your child's clinic to fax the form to (763) 497-6591.

All Middle School sports registration is done online using ParentVue. Go to your ParentVue account and select Fee Pay. Then select FeePay again below your student’s picture. This will take you to a separate Fee Pay window. Click the picture of the bus, soccer player and graduates. Select the activity your student would like to participate in. The system will indicate if your students sport physical is on file. It will allow you to proceed if the sports physical is recorded and up-to-date. You will not be able to register until a current sports physical is on file and recorded in the system. Once the form is completed online and the fee is paid, you will receive confirmation that your son or daughter is eligible to participate.
Please make sure that the Middle School East Activities Office has a sports physical on file for your son or daughter. Physicals are good for three years, so most incoming 8th graders that played sports last year have a physical on file. The Minnesota State High School league requires participants in interscholastic sports to have a physical examination every three years. If your son/daughter decides to participate in interscholastic athletics this year, a physical examination is required before they may register or practice. Physicals may be performed by your medical doctor or a doctor of chiropractic (good for three years). Download a copy of the Physical Form to bring to your medical appointment.
Any weather related cancellations will be posted here.
