Volunteer/Chaperone Background Checks
Each year, hundreds of volunteers share their time with the students of the St. Michael-Albertville School District. Every school in the STMA school district welcomes and appreciates volunteers.
Volunteer background checks are part of our efforts to keep our schools safe for students, staff, and visitors. Please see below to learn how to complete your secure background check. There is a $15.00 fee to have a background check processed through the school district. This is a one-time fee that lasts throughout your child's education. To learn more about volunteer opportunities in your child's school, please contact your child's school building's front office.
School classroom volunteers and chaperones must have a one-time background check completed by ISD 885. Please click on the link below to start the process! The one-time fee to process a background check is $15.00 and all major credit cards are accepted.
