    Registration for 2019-2020 Courses:

    • Wednesdsay, February 6th - Assigned SNAP with homeroom advisor to receive registration materials
    • Wednesday, Febuary 13th - Assigned SNAP to review, finalize course registration sheet and receive online instructions for registering for courses
    • Febuary 13th-20th- Registration window will be open for students to register on StudentVue/ParentVue.

    When registering for the ACT Exam be sure to sign up for the ACT Plus Writing and to include the STMA High School code: 242-209.

     

    Earning College Credit while in High School Presentation:  An Information meeting for both parents and students will be held in the Performing Arts Center during conferences on Thursday, January 17th at 6:30 p.m.  During this meeting, information will be shared regarding requirements for Advanced Placement, College in the Schools, and Post-Secondary Education Option (PSEO).  Pros/cons and timelines will be discussed within this meeting.   Individual meetings can be scheduled in March with your assigned counselor if your child chooses to pursue PSEO.  The meeting is strongly encouraged for current sophomores and juniors who are considering PSEO during high school.  If you have any questions, please contact the guidance office at (763) 497-6525.  

     

    ACT Practice Test: We highly encourage you to take advantage of the ACT Practice Test that will take place at STMA High School on Saturday, February 23rd at 8:00a.m. You take an actual ACT test, but your scores will not be reported to anyone. The cost is $10. Students can sign up in the Guidance Office. Make checks payable to ISD 885.

     

    ACT Prep Options:  There are several ACT Prep options available in the spring edition of the Community Education book.  Please see the Community Education book or visit the website for more information.
