The East is in YELLOW which represents spring, new beginnings, and arrival into the world.
The South is RED, representing summer, adolescence, the heat of the season, and building identities.
The West is BLACK for autumn, adult years, making our own decisions, and developing our own values.
The North is WHITE for winter, purity, enlightenment, the time we become elders, and a time to return to the spirit world.
MOTHER EARTH represents our connection to life.
FATHER SKY is the present world we’re living in and the world we’re moving toward.
The MEDICINE WHEEL refers to your physical and spiritual state. The center of the wheel represents the balance we strive to achieve between our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual sides.
