Fall Activities Information
Fall Activities regististration information coming soon. Information on fall activities and registration will be released shortly after Governor Walz releases the plan for schools in the fall as this will have an impact on fall activities.
All Middle School sports registration is done online. A new system is being used this year for activity registration. More information coming soon.
Please make sure that the Middle School West Activities Office has a sports physical on file for your son or daughter. The experation for physicals have been extended to four years, so most incoming 8th graders that played sports last year have a physical on file. The Minnesota State High School league requires participants in interscholastic sports to have a physical examination every three years. If your son/daughter decides to participate in interscholastic athletics this year, a physical examination is required before they may register or practice. Physicals may be performed by your medical doctor or a doctor of chiropractic (experation extended to 4 years). Download a copy of the Sports Physical Form to bring to your medical appointment.
