STMA provides all full-time certified staff, coordinators, support staff, custodial staff & community education year-round staff with a $50,000 life/AD&D insurance policy. Part-time certified staff, coordinators, support staff, custodial staff & community education staff may purchase this policy at the cost of $4.75 per month. Administrators will receive a term life insurance policy in the amount of double the annual salary for each principal or administrator.
Administrators may purchase an additional supplemental life insurance policy for either $50,000 at $6.00 per month or $100,000 at $12.00 per month.
Certified staff & Coordinators may purchase an additional supplemental life insurance policy for either $50,000 at $6.00 per month or $25,000 at $3.00 per month.
Support staff may purchase an additional supplemental life insurance policy for $25,000 at $3.00 per month.
New employees may enroll online at EASECENTRAL Your policy begins on your first day of work. Enrollment after 27 days requires enrollment online at EASECENTRAL and completing the Evidence of Insurability Form. Late enrollments will be subject to underwriting. You can also update your beneficiaries on EASECENTRAL.
