The Response Program is a proactive academic student support program created to meet student’s needs in reading and math through additional instruction and practice. This program follows the Response to Intervention educational framework and is a Tier II intervention. In the Response to Intervention model all students receive Tier I support in their regular classrooms using the Core Curriculum. If students are in need of Tier II interventions they will participate in this program. The instruction is given in a small group setting and is skill specific to the student's needs.
