Monday was a great night for the girls’ tennis team.  We faced off against Cambridge-Isanti and went away with team victories.  Great individual performances from Ashlynn B., Ellie B., Abby C., Cadence F., Reagan G., Ellie H., Payton L., and Sydney R.  Great work Knights.

The 7th grade A football team started out red hot last night against Buffalo in the first half leading by 12 points at halftime. Connor L. ran in from 30 yards.  Josh S. caught a 12 yard pass from Alex S. and turned up field for a 35 yard touchdown.  In the second half it was all Buffalo.  Buffalo scored on a halfback pass for 45 yards and they ran a 60 yard punt back.  The Knights held tough on the goal line holding Buffalo out of the end zone twice to secure a tie.

This week the 7th grade Volleyball team has been very successful.  Both the A and B teams came away with wins on Monday and Tuesday.   The A team took 2 of the 3 games against Big Lake on Monday. Leading the way for the team was Emily O. with some great sets to our hitters.   Tessa J. led the team in serving.  The B team was able to win all three games.  They were lead by Taylor M. and Holly C. from the serving line.  The team was able to play really well in their last game.  On Tuesday the Knights took on Chisago Lakes.  Again the A team came away with a dominant win.  They were led by Madilyn G. from the serving line.  The B team also came away with a dominant win.

Congratulations to the 8th grade A team on their decisive victory over Buffalo last night.  The Knights cruised to victory over the Bison 38-0.  Scoring touchdowns for the Knights were: Jarrett B., Kemry S., and Max K.   The defense played the best they played all season!  Jarrett B. had two interceptions, returning one for a touchdown.  Johnny T. added another interception.

Lunch today:  Lines one and two have cheese ravioli with marinara sauce.  Line three has meatball sub, PBJ grape, deli turkey sandwich.

Have a great day.
