We will announce what games you can get into free in a couple of weeks. All proceeds go to cancer research/prevention (each team will donate to a different cancer research organization). T-shirts are lavender this year. The color lavender represents ALL cancer.
What a great first meet for the girls swim team last night at the Mississippi 8 Relay Meet in Big Lake. Many girls were doing events they hadn't done before. The 8th graders stepped up and helped the new swimmers understand how middle school meets work and cheered for each other. We have a great team and we swam well! Coach Jones is excited to see the great times we will see this season.
Katie S. had an outstanding race this past Saturday at the Monticello Cross Country Invitational. Katie was the 10th finisher overall in the girls varsity race and the 4th varsity runner to finish for the Knights. She ran an impressive 5k time of 20:07, helping the varsity team to a first place finish.
Lunch today: Lines one and two have cheese quesadillas. Line three has stuffed burger, PBJ grape, and deli turkey hoagie.
Have a great day.
