Students this week, the weather is supposed to warm up. It is going to be very very wet outside this week.  Be careful that you don’t slip and please stay off of the snow hills and please, no snowballs.

There will be an organizational meeting right after school on March 6th in the lecture hall for all 7th & 8th graders interested in going out for track this spring.

There will be an organizational meeting right after school on March 8th in the lecture hall for all 7th & 8th grade boys interested in going out for baseball this spring.

There will be an organizational meeting right after school on March 12th in the lecture hall for all 7th & 8th graders interested in going out for golf this spring.

7th & 8th graders interested in attending the state wrestling tournament should pick up a permission form in the office.  Your permission form and $14 need to be turned into Mr. Sukalski by 3:15 tomorrow.  No forms will be accepted after that time.  Keep in mind that the end of the trimester is the day after the tournament, so if your grades are low, it may not be in your best interest to attend the tournament.

There will be a limited amount of STMA Wrestling State Tournament t-shirts for sale tomorrow and Wednesday.  Cost is $12.  See Mr. Lefebvre.

Students who are interested in taking summer Driver Education should pick up a flyer in the office.

We had two MSW Destination Imagination teams competing in the regional tournament ton Saturday, both in the Fine Arts category. The Prehistoric Purple Pandas took 7th place out of 13 teams and the STMA Dragon Masters took third place and will be going to the state tournament. Great job everyone

A shout out goes out to all of the 8th grade Boys Basketball Teams on 3 well played games against the Buffalo Bison last Thursday afternoon.   The Blue B team put an outstanding game together, and won 30-14.  Eight different Knights scored in the contest, led by Jake B,’s 8, Treyton K.-O. 6, and Gabe T.’s 5.  The Gold B team dug themselves out of a 17 point halftime deficit with some outstanding defense and unselfish team ball, but unfortunately fell short in their comeback bid, losing 32-30.  Charlie M. was in beast mode down low, finishing with 8 points and 8 rebounds. Kaleb A. hustled his way to 6 points, Ayman E. put in a nifty bucket, and Blake K. and Tate L. each hit from deep. The A teamers’ avenged an earlier season loss to the Bison, and picked up their fourth straight win with a 34-32 overtime victory. Riley P. shot the ball well on his way to a team high 18 points, including 4 triples. Robert P. swished a 10 foot baseline jumper that proved to be the game winner in overtime.

Lunch today:  Lines one and two have French toast sticks with turkey sausage links.  Line three has hamburgers or cheeseburgers, PBJ grape, and deli turkey on a hoagie bun.

Please say the Pledge of Allegiance as a KORT at this time.
