The 7th grade Volleyball team is off to a great start this season.  Last night we played Monticello.  The A team came away with a 4 to 2 win.  Our B team lost but was able to pull off one win on the night.  The A team was led by strong serving from Maddie G., Emily O., and Julie W.  All our setters are new to the position and did a great job moving to the ball.  The B team was led by Taylor M. with very strong serves.  Each game was close.  Great job 7th grade.

7th grade A football team beat Isanti 12-0.  Tyrone Trader had a 30 yard run for a touchdown along with Connor L. who scored on a 40 yard run.  Knights defense played very well led by Josh S., Shwan S. and Ethan B.  The B team won 28-0, Chase R. opened the game with a 60 yard kick return for a touchdown. The Knights played solid defense and kept the Isanti offense from moving the ball much. Elijah H. played a solid defensive game with multiple tackles and a few for a loss.

The 8th grade volleyball team took on Monticello last night and both the A and B teams walked away with wins! Great start to the season ladies! Great serving from Julia I. who scored 13 straight points to set the tone for our Knights. Great net play from Brooke M. and as well as a Metabelle S.. Avery L. led in serving with the rest of her team following! Keep up the great work knights!

Congratulations to the girls’ tennis team.  We had a great effort against Becker last night.  Each team worked hard.  An extra shout out to Ashlynn B., Ellie B., Abby C., Cadence F., Megan H., Payton L., Sydney R., Payton S., Regan G., and Savanna L.  Keep up the great work!

Congratulations to the 8th grade football teams on their fine efforts last night.  The A team rolled to victory, crushing Isanti 46-0.  Jarrett B., Kemry S. scored touchdowns for the Knights.  Jarrett and Kemry earned theirs on the ground Johnny T threw a touchdown pass and added an interception on defense. The B team gave up a touchdown early and then battled back.  The Knights had a chance to win the game at the end but their efforts were stopped on the one yard line.  Ian S. had the lone touchdown for the B team.

Lunch today:  Lines one and two have cheesy bread sticks.  Line three has shredded turkey hoagie, PBJ grape, and deli turkey hoagie.

Have a great day.
