Good morning.  It is Wednesday, March 4th.  It is a day 1.  It is Clash Day.

Tri 3 starts on Tuesday.  Please check on SchoolView to see what your Responsive Hour class will be.

Art Club Field Trip forms for our trip to the University of MN Weismann Art Museum and Mesa Pizza are due today.  Please turn them in to Mr. Jergenson and Miss Poirer ASAP.

WEB will be selling FRUCHI fruit smoothies for breakfast this Friday starting at 8:00 in the Cafeteria.  This is a healthy, delicious way to start your day!!   The cost is $2.50 for each fruit smoothie and you must bring cash for them – unfortunately, you are not able to use your lunch money!  So, don’t forget to bring your money!! 

Attention 5th Graders!  WEB is hosting an event on March 13th called Shamrock Showdown! The cost is 3 dollars, for each fifth grader. There will be face-painting, dodge-ball, karaoke, and lots of candy to be eaten. You will have a blast from 3:05 to 5:00. So get your lucky leprechaun face on and get ready for some fun.

There will be an informational meeting tomorrow after school in the cafeteria for all 7th & 8th grade girls interested in playing school softball. 

There will be an informational meeting next Tuesday after school in the cafeteria for all 7th & 8th grade boys interested in playing school baseball this spring. 

There will be an informational meeting for all 7th & 8th grade boys and girls interested in going out for track this spring.  The meeting will be right after school on March 17th in the cafeteria.

Students interested in summer driver’s ed classes should stop in the office and pick up a registration flyer.  Eligible students must be 15 years old by December 31, 2015.

The girls varsity basketball team begins their playoff run tonight as they host Bemidji at 7:30 at the high school.

The boys’ varsity basketball team has a huge game tomorrow night in Monticello as they play Rogers for the section championship at 7:30.  The winner goes to next week’s state tournament.  Let’s pack the gym in Monticello tomorrow night to cheer on the Knights!!

Don’t forget that tomorrow is formal Day.
