Good morning.  It is Wednesday, December 20th, it is a day 2. 

8th graders, you will be in the pool right away after winter break. Bring your suits and towels in now so you are ready to make a splash in 2018!

A new shipment of books has begun to arrive at the media center.  We’ve especially ordered some books that are continuations of popular series.  So, if you are looking for something new and exciting to read over the holiday break, come check them out

A blue Instax mini 8 camera was found in Ms. Poirier’s room on Friday.  Please it in the office.

The 8th grade girls’ basketball Gold B team fell to Isanti on Monday in a scrappy game Five girls scored for the team.  The 8th grade Blue B team ended their season with a 26-18 win against Isanti on Monday. Every girl scored in the game. Natalie Z. took her first charge of the season. Awesome season girls!!

The 7th grade A team defeated the Wayzata Trojans on Tuesday in their final game of the season. The team finished undefeated after scoring 77 points in their final game. All girls who played in the game scored while five girls had 8 or more points. The Knight defense forced three turnovers from 5 second violations in the first half.

The 8th grade A team defeated the Wayzata Trojans in their final game of the season. Six girls scored 6 or more points in the match-up while all girls contributed to the 64 point total. Defensive hustle and transition points led the team to victory. Megan S. tallied one block for the game. The win was the perfect way to close a successful season!

The Knights wrestled Monticello last night and came away with a 73 25 win.  Jaxon C. and Jake S. each had two falls for the Knights.  Carter K., Luke W., Myles D. also pinned their opponent and Eli D. won a hard fought 3-2 match.

The 7th grade girls’ basketball team came away with a 54 to 15 win over Princeton last night.  All ten girls scored in this contest with many nice passing plays and teamwork.  Ella H. had 10 rebounds with aggressive play under the basket.  Coach Anfenson and Coach Schlangen would like to thank all the girls on the team including student manager Peyton L.  They all brought great positive energy to the court and worked hard during this successful season.
