Good morning.  It is Tuesday, September 26th, it is a day 1. Today is KORT theme day.

Yearbook Staff!  The names of our staff members are posted outside of Mrs. Kelm’s room.First Meeting is tonight from 3:10-4:00 p.m. in Mrs. Kelm’s room. See you there!

The annual homecoming tailgating party will be this Friday at the varsity football field beginning at 4:30.  There will be food and games.  Come on out and enjoy the festivities before the Knights football game with Totino Grace.   Presale tickets to the game and the tailgate event will be available at the high school activity office starting tomorrow.

All youth soccer players wearing a soccer jersey will get into the boys AND girls soccer this Saturday for free. 

Big shout outs go out to both the A and B girls’ soccer teams for their wins against Princeton last night.  The A team carried over their hard work from last week to win 2 to 0.  The first goal was scored by Brooke B. who was assisted by Emma D. and the second goal scored by Olivia P. Goalie Ashlyn H. recorded another shut out!  All together our defense played great!  The B team continued the success by winning 5 to 1.   Libby L. led the offense with two goals, followed by Ani R., Ellsie F., and Lukana B. who each scored a goal each!  Anna H. and Gracie C. also assisted on two goals!  Each player worked hard and has continued to improve both as individuals and as a team!"

The girls swim team won their meet with Buffalo last night by a convincing margin.  The girls are swimming stronger every week. Several girls cut time in their events last night. Cutting time in the 100 IM were Breanna D. and Malainia S.. Cutting time in the 50 free were Liv P. and Nora A.. Cutting time in the 300 free was Ella G., Jorie E. cut her time in the 50 fly. Sydney N. cut her time in the 100 breast stroke. Our divers are doing a great job as Rebecca K. and Mya F. both placed. Cutting time in the 100 IM and 50 fly were Carlie P.

Girls’ A soccer team is at North Branch Middle School tonight.  A game only tonight.  Dismissal from class is at 2:20.

7th grade football team is at Monticello Middle School tonight.  A game is first.  Bus leaves at 3:20.  Blue B team plays tonight.

7th & 8th grade volleyball teams are home tonight against North Branch at 4:30.  A matches are first.

Upcoming varsity events you can get into for free by wearing your Knights Against Cancer t-shirt:  next Monday’s tennis match with Becker.

Don’t forget that tomorrow is neon day.
