Q-Comp Plan and Teacher Evaluation

Preliminary Drafts

Below are the documents pertaining to the Q-Comp Plan submitted to the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) on May 10 for approval. MDE will respond to the application by June 30. In addition, the revised Teacher Evaluation form and rubric are posted. These will be piloted in the 2014-15 school year with implementation required by state statute in the 2015-16 school year. The Teacher Evaluation Work Group continues to work on the state requirement that 35% of a teacher's performance must be based upon a measurable student outcome.
