Tennis was not scheduled to practice tonight

Parent Information Meeting for Incoming 5th Graders

St. Michael-Albertville Middle School East will host an informational meeting for parents of incoming 5th grade students. Although it may seem early, planning for the next school year has already begun! Please join us on Thursday, April 24, at 6:30pm in the Middle School East Cafeteria.

Don't miss this important opportunity to learn more about middle school and our registration process.

This meeting will help parents of incoming 5th graders prepare their students for the new and exciting changes of middle school!

Announcements - Wednesday April 23

Good morning.  It is Wednesday, April 23rd, it is a day 2.

All of Mr. Cleveland’s Classes will be held in the Tech Lab Today and Tomorrow

A reminder to Math Masters students to meet at Middle School West tomorrow morning by 7:15.  Mr. Daniels will be waiting for you by the school office

Donuts will be for sale this Friday!!!!   Bring your $1 and have breakfast at school!! 

A lanyard with beads that spell Natalie was found.  Please claim in the office.

A pair of glasses have been found,  brown Timex frame.  Please claim in the office.

5thand 6thgraders, student council hopes you are ready for a ton of fun this Friday at your last activity night of the year. Join us at East from 6-8:30. The cost is $5 or $4 with a food shelf donation.  Friday night we will have dancing, bingo, candy walk, swimming, concession stand, open gym and a game room!

Energyzone of Albertville will be hosting a presentation on proper nutrition for athletes.  Keynote speaker is Angie Johnson, currently the #2 ranked cyclist in the United States.  The presentation is tonight at St. Michael City Hall at 6:30 PM.

Attention all girls in grades 5-8.   STMA Community Ed is expanding their competitive cheer program for next school year to have a Middle school and Varsity Team.  Team Selections are taking place the week next week at Middle School West.   For more information please pick up a packet from the office.

8th grade baseball A team held off Monticello for their 2nd win this season 7-6. Gabe A. came through with a big 2 run double. The B team lost 9-6. Jack M. had an RBI single Jacob C. had his first hit of the season, and Jimmy S. hit a 2 run double.

The 8th grade softball teams both lost to Monticello Tuesday.  The A team lost 6 - 4 and the B team lost 12 - 5.

7th Grade softball started their season with A and B teams winning 6-2 and 10-7. Maddie J. hit a triple and the whole team showed aggressive base running. Great job ladies!!

8th grade baseball A team defeated West last night 5-2 behind powerful pitching performances from Paxton T. and Shane M. Shane also had 2 hits and 3 RBI. Alex W. chipped in 2 hits and Nolan S. ripped a double. The B team led early but lost 6-4. Hunter J. pitched well and had 2 hits and Jimmy S. added an RBI single..

The 7thgrade B baseball team won 13-10 yesterday.

8thgrade baseball team is at Monticello High School tonight.  A game is first.  Dismissal from class is at 2:55.

7thgrade baseball team is home tonight against Monticello at 3:45.  A and B games will be played at the same time.

7th& 8thgrade softball teams are home tonight against Monticello at 3:45.  A games are first. 

Golf team is at Pebble Creek Golf Course in Becker against Becker and Monticello.  Dismissal from class is at 2:40.

Tennis is at Monticello Middle School.  Dismissal from class is at 2:55.

Boys track team is at Buffalo Middle School tonight.  Dismissal from class is at 2:55.

Girls track team is at Buffalo Middle School tonight.  Bus leaves at 3:20.
