Seniors who participate in the STMA Commencement Ceremony will pay a fee of $25.00. This fee is assessed to pay for the production of the ceremony. As a keepsake, students will be allowed to keep their cap, gown and tassel. (Students have already been fitted for their cap and gown in their homerooms.) To pay for your graduation fee, you can make your payment online using our FeePay system; or, you can drop off a check, payable to STMA High School, at the front office. Please make your payment by March 31st.

Senior Graduation Meeting
There will be a senior graduation meeting on Monday, November 14th, during SNAP (1:47 PM - 2:12 PM) in the Performing Arts Center at the high school. At that time, Jon Speich, our Herff Jones representative, will inform the students on how to order their cap, gown and other graduation accessories. If your senior is unable to attend the meeting, please have him/her contact Colleen Harrington, our office administrative assistant, in person, within the next two weeks to fill out cap and gown information. Senior Class Picture
On Friday, September 23rd at 9:45 AM, we will be taking the senior picture in front of the high school. As a PSEO student we understand that you may have a conflict that interferes with this specific time. As much as we can, we try to accommodate all students. Over the past few years, we have found that this time works best for the majority of students. Senior and baby photos must be electronically emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by October 31, 2016 including the name of the student. Please include in the subject line “Student name senior/baby photo”. Please attach the best quality photograph possible. If you are unable to submit your photos electronically, we have the resources in the media center before, during and after school to be able to scan in photos.
Seniors, please note:
Yearbook portrait requirements: no props such as trees, rocks, animals, cars, instruments, etc. Head and shoulder pose only. If you have any questions concerning senior pictures, please contact our yearbook advisor, Katie Sebens at: email@example.com. Seniors, for your convenience, on kick-off day, there will be a "senior photo station" set up to take a formal headshot for the yearbook at no charge!
