New to District #885?

Students in our district are our number one priority. We are committed to providing each one the best education possible. We strive to offer comprehensive programs and services that foster each child's intellectual, social and emotional growth.

If you are new to the district have pre-school aged children (0-5 years old living in your household; or school-aged children not enrolled in the St. Michael-Albertville District, we would appreciate it if you would please fill out a school census.

Registering Your Student

Follow these easy steps to enrolling your child(ren) at St. Michael-Albertville Public Schools:

Step 1: Determine what school(s) your child(ren) will be attending

• Visit the school boundaries page for details. Not sure? Contact Lee Brown.

Step 2: Complete a registration packet and return to the school office(s)

• Kindergarten Registration - Please call Albertville Primary at 763-497-2688 or Email Karen Zachman to receive your Kindergarten registration materials.
• Grades 1 through 12 Registration - Either download the Grades 1-12 packet or call the specific school office to receive a paper copy.
• Please note, you can type in the PDF you've just downloaded before printing, just click the Highlighted Fields.

Step 3: Childcare

• Find a provider within the school boundary. Unfortunately at this time, busses cannot cross school boundary lines to pickup students! Checkout Kids Play too!
• If you choose daycare please fill out the transportation form and return it to the bus company. Visit the transportation page for details.

Step 4: Healthcare Information

• Fill out any health forms that are needed. Visit the health page for details.
• If you are planning on volunteering in the school or chaperoning a field trip, please fill out the required (one time) background check release form.
