The HYBRID VEBA/HSA plan is a High Deductibile Medical health insurance plan with a $3250 single and $6500 family deductible plus co-insurance and prescriptions copays.  This policy has the options of VEBA contributions from the District for qualified employees and HSA contribution option from the employee.
