STMA offers employees single or family health insurance with four plan choices; VEBA Plan, HSA/MVP Plans & HYBRID VEBA/HSA. Click links for each plan or view a Summary of all Plans. All plans are provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of MN using their Aware Network of doctors, clinics & hospitals. Deductibles are calendar year with 4th quarter carryover for VEBA, HSA & HYBRID plans (not MVP).

New employees may enroll in their first 27 days of employment online at EaseCentral. Your policy begins on your first day of work. Enrollment after 30 days is only allowed with a Qualifying Event or at open enrollment.
Open Enrollment is from August 21- September 8, 2017. Changes are effective October 1, 2017.
All employees will be required to make open enrollment changes online at EaseCentral. Current employees should use their username provided to them last year. If you forgot your password, use the I'm unable to log in link at the EaseCentral login screen. Current health coverage & health savings account contributions will remain the same unless a change is elected. Medical & Dependent Care Flexible Spending elections must be made annually.
At open enrollment, employees may:
- change health plans (VEBA, HSA, MVP, HYBRID)
- cancel single or dependent coverage
- add single or dependent coverage.
